We supply paint, brushes, easels, pallets, aprons and a good time, all the necessary supplies to complete your masterpiece. We have wheels and we travel! Your place or pre-arranged establishment.
How Does This Work ...
STEP ONE:
PICK YOUR DESIGN (under pallet party tab on website)
Choose ONE pallet or TWO small for the same price.
Take a look, remember the name for your registration. If you do not see what you are looking for or have a special request, please let us know and we can create a special template just for you. Price is for 1 sign (sizes are listed on design) OR 2 "small" signs.
FULL CUSTOM - Design Fee - NO CHARGE! Have a custom design in mind? Let's do it! Register and send us your idea via lilypadgal@yahoo.com (we do require a 1 week notice on these). All sizes and add'l pricing are listed on designs.
STEP TWO:
PICK YOUR CLASS and REGISTER
Look at Facebook Events and pick event you are interested in. Be sure to have the number and name of your design handy. CHOOSE CAREFULLY, ONCE YOU REGISTER, YOU MAY NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN CHOICE. We run stencils quickly after orders are placed.
Pre-Registration IS REQUIRED and must be made 72 hours prior to class so we can get everything ready for you. Be sure to read all class details below ...

PRIVATE PALLET PAINT PARTIES:
To book a Private Party - Please call us at 763-222-4598 or email: lilypadgal@yahoo.com to check on available dates, A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of your reservation with cash, check or credit card (your card WILL be charged or check WILL be cashed at time of booking). This $50 deposit will be used towards the total of your party cost (or returned at the party if min is met). You will be responsible for a minimum of paid guests. Because we cut stencils per each guests request and prepare the pallets, the host/hostess will be responsible for the payment of any "no-shows". There are no refunds once registered. Please see cancellation policy below for more details.
Each guest will choose his/her own desired design (we have many designs to choose from). Most can be personalized. Each guest will pick 1 pallet or 1 xtra large or 2 "small" for the same price.
Local:
$40 per painter for a pallet sign. Min of 6 painters Mon - Thurs and MIn of 1o painters Fri - Sun

Over 25 miles one way (from Brooklyn Park):
$45 per painter for a pallet sigh. Min of 10 painters.
SIZES: vary (listed on each design)
Kid Parties Local:
$260 (up to 10 painters) 5 1/2" x 16" or 9" x 9" pallets. $24 per person add'l.
Kid Parties Over 25 miles one way (from Brooklyn Park)::
$290 (up to 10 painters) 5 1/2" x 16" or 9" x 9" pallets. $26 per person add'l.

BAR / RESTAURANT PARTIES:
Creative Painting MN benefits businesses by attracting and engaging new and existing customers. Your customers will experience fun evening with their family and friends as they explore their creative side. While painting, customers will have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from your menu. Please send me a message and we can go through details!
FUND-RAISERS:
An amazing way to raise money for your charity! Pallet Party:
$50 per person ($15 from each sale goes to charity!!!!) local
$55 per person ($15 from each sale goes to charity!!!) over 25 miles away

We provide all supplies, and take care of everything from set up to clean up. Your guests enjoy a memorable experience, support a great cause, and leave with their own masterpiece! A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with a min of 20 guests. The $100 reserves the date. If you hit the 20, the $100 is returned. If you do not hit the 20, it is forfeited. If the event is cancelled, the deposit is also forfeited. There will be no refunds and pre-registration is required. We understand that life happens and if a guest cannot make it we can offer to paint and ship the pallet directly to them (+Shipping/Handling fee) IF they give us a 24 hour notice prior to the start of the class OR leave their pallet and stencil and they can finish on their own. These options are not available for no-shows or after the class has already begun. (Of course, you are welcome to charge more and retain a higher return for the charity). We may be limited to the amount of fund-raisers we can do each year.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Private Parties - Deposit Required. You are responsible for the min number of paid guests.
Cash, Check or Credit Cards (add'l 4% added)
Public Classes - Register on website calendar (or make arrangements prior by contacting us)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
By booking your party, you are agreeing to the CPM cancellation policy below.
We understand that "life happens" .. we feel we have a fair solution.
Private Pallet Parties: We require at least a 2 week (14 days) notice if you should need to cancel/reschedule your event. We will allow you to move your date one time. The $50 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if party is cancelled/rescheduled (the reason for this is that we have held that day and time just for your pallet party). Host/Hostess will be responsible for the fee of each no-show (Pallet and stencil will be left with the hostess to give to guest). If stencils have already been produced, there is no refund. Each guest that has already registered can pick up their stencil and pallet to complete on their own or bring to a public party (with notice) or CPM can finish for them.
Public Pallet Classes: We will allow you to move your time once before forfeiture of your registration fee OR we can offer to paint and ship you pallet directly to you (+Shipping/Handling fee) IF you give us a 24 hour notice prior to the start of the class. No credit for no-shows or after the class has already begun.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
(There is many hours of prep that goes into each class: materials, staff and cut vinyl). We are sure you can understand.
Creative Painting MN reserves the right to change the instructor, or cancel a party/class for unforeseen circumstances.
